These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations stipulated on the website www.tradular.com, I am not acquiring a physical, tangible product, what I acquire with this purchase is access to a private trading group hosted in a Discord server. The purpose of this trading group is to help and guide you to become a professional commodities futures market trader, I understand that it is my sole responsibility to train myself until I achieve it, and for this reason, I will not make any claim either arguing any product faults or for document reception, CDs, USB drives, or any other magnetic medium.

TRADULAR and therefore www.tradular.com does not undertake to ship any physical product as all the education is provided online. By acquiring access to the private trading group, I understand that under no circumstances I will get a refund for the cost of access to the private Discord server and that this access is protected by the legal policies of each country in which the purchase is made. I understand that once paying for this I will receive all access to use the content.

TRADULAR and its administrators do not manage, control or approve any type of information, products, or services of currencies or commodities futures or any other negotiable instrument in any way.

2.2 TRADULAR does not guarantee that the Server will be free from interruptions or errors, nor that the talks will be held by TRADULAR on the established dates since the changes are presented at TRADULAR’s discretion according to the time he has to do the sessions.

3.1 TRADULAR owns the property over, text, sound clips, video clips, and other content available to the user on this Server, or has the rights to use said content.
